Advance Career ltd on behalf of our client, a leading CySec regulated Forex Company, is seeking to recruit an Indian Speaking Customer Support Officer;

Responsibilities:
Dealing with clients’ inquiries via live chat, email and telephone
Assisting clients with queries and questions
Resolve product and service related issues promptly and professionally
Promoting available products and services to clients
Interacting with other departments
Contribution to team effort by achieving targeted results

Qualifications:
Degree in a business-related field
Minimum 2 year experience in a similar job role
Native Indian and fluent English speaker
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Outstanding customer communication skills
Strong organizational and analytical skill
Excellent computer literacy
Eligible to work in Cyprus
Ability to work shifts.
