Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a well established organisation, is looking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator;

Responsibilities:
Administrate the entire employment life-cycle, from hiring to exit
Process the payroll instructions (salaries, bonuses, other payroll variables) and collaborate with Finance for the Payroll calculation
Provide HR administrative support to internal customers (colleagues and management)
Handle administration of annual vacations and other types of leave
Manage employees’ files
Update and maintain the SAP system with employment data
Issue and maintain regular reports with HR admin metrics
Obtain and renew work permits as needed
Ensure full confidentiality of the entire data handled
Ensure full compliance with all work-related legislation and data protection requirements

Qualifications:
Previous relevant experience of at least 3 years in a business environment is a must
University Degree in any field
Very good knowledge of related legislation is a must
Excellent language skills in Greek and English, including writing
Computer literacy (MS Office), with proven ability to manage complex reporting in Excel; advanced Excel skills is a mandatory request
Knowledge of SAP or other HR system will be considered an advantage
Integrity and understanding of confidentiality
Very strong customer orientation
Proven multi-tasking skills
