Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a growing company in the financial services industry, is looking to recruit a HR Payroll Officer to become part of a dynamic team;

Responsibilities:
Payroll preparation from beginning and then execution.
Calculating bonuses and allowances
Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
Payroll related reporting (IR7, IR59, IR63, etc.)
Tax authorities’ payments
Distribute payment statements and gather signed receipts (digital or paper)
Report on payroll expenses
Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations

Requirements:
Minimum of 1 years’ experience within payroll department
Have previously executed preparation of payroll of more than 50 employees
Proven knowledge of taxation of employees (SI & PAYE)
Good Experience in Bookkeeping
Holder of an Accounting or Finance relating degree would be an advantage
Strong Excel User
Excellent organisational, detail oriented and time keeping skills
English must be impeccable and must be to a highly professional standard
Knowledge of Microsoft Navision accounting system
Knowledge of insoft payroll system
Good command of the English language
