Job Description

Advance Career on behalf of our client, an FMCG Company located in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Officer;

Responsibilities:
Provide full administrative support to the HR department
Assist with day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
Assist in the recruitment and selection process
Inductions of new employees and creation of staff files and records
Assist in the preparation of  monthly payroll administration
Arrange and co-ordinate the necessary trainings for employees
Preparing and maintaining employee records, performance management, employment contracts, promotion letters, maternity and sick leave benefits, probation period reviews, termination and resignation procedures, warning letters
Maintain and monitor of employees’ records including annual leave, sickness , maternity and unpaid leave
Assist in the organization of Company’s events

Qualifications:
University/College diploma in Human Resources or in a relevant field
1- 2 years of exposure within HR administration activities or relevant experience
Fluency in Greek and English
Computer Literate
Results oriented and highly motivated person
Excellent attention to detail

Working hours: Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00.
