Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client an award winning hospitality resort seeks to employ an experienced HR Manager in Paphos;

Responsibilities:
Identify staff vacancies and recruit, interview and select applicants.
Monitoring staffs progression and development
Act as single point of contact for the employees and managers
Develop HR practices, policies and procedures
Monitor and administer the department (annual leave, sick leave, training)
Manage all grievance, disciplinary and exit procedures
Generate all HR reports
Maintain and update employee database
Handle company medical and social insurances
Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations
Oversee implementation of performance management and training
To be a link between management and employees by handling questions, interpreting and administering contracts and helping resolve work-related problems.
Implementing and suggesting staff training programs
Provide current and prospective employees with information about policies, job duties, working conditions, wages, opportunities for promotion and employee benefits.
Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational objectives.

Qualifications :
Degree in HR Management or relevant- additional HR Qualifications will be considered as an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent knowledge of English & Greek.
Excellent knowledge and experience on local employment legislation.
Excellent computer skills
Excellent administration & organisational skills
Previous experience in a similar management role
