Job Description

Advance Career Ltd on behalf of our client a Financial Services organisation, seeks to employ an experienced and exuberant HR Manager (Forex);

Responsibilities:
Maintain functions such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, and regulatory compliance.
Development of the appropriate HR strategies to support the overall business objectives.
Working closely with departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures.
Recruiting staff – Assist in the recruitment and selection process through developing job descriptions and person specifications
Preparing and Maintaining employee records, performance management & appraisals, employment contracts, addendums, promotion letters, maternity and sick leave benefits, probation period reviews, HR Reports, termination procedure, warning letters
Training & Development – develop and organize Company training and team building activities.
Ensuring compliance with local employment laws and regulations.
Developing HR planning strategies with line managers, which consider immediate and long-term staff requirements in terms of numbers and skill levels.
Working closely with various departments, increasingly in a consultancy role, assisting line managers to understand and implement policies and procedures

Qualifications :
BA/MSc in Human Resources Management is a must
3+ years’ working experience in similar position
Previous experience in the Forex company is considered an advantage
Fluency in English verbal and written is a must
Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews
Computer skills and social media experience
Able to use initiative, prioritize and work independently
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
