Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Ship Management Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a HR/Crewing Officer;

Responsibilities:
General responsibility for all ordinary HR tasks
Ensuring company’s procedures are followed
Preparing crew contracts
Managing crew exit
Providing payroll related information
Ensuring crew database is up to date
Monitoring work of HR Administrators

Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as HR/Crewing officer (preferably in the river cruise industry)
Fluent in English. German language is a plus
Experience in leading a small team
Experience in working in a multinational team
