Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our clients, a Ship Management Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit an HR/Crewing Assistant;

Responsibilities:
Assisting HR/Crewing Officer in pre-employment procedure and various other tasks
Ordering uniforms
Arranging crew travels
Monitoring validity of crew documents
Ensuring that crewing database is up to date
Filing crew documents

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience as HR/Crewing assistant (preferably in the river cruise industry). Experience on another position related to Administration can also be accepted.
Fluent in English. German language is a plus
Experience in working in a multinational team
