Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an established Financial Services Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Human Resources Administrator;
Responsibilities:
Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions
Answer calls directed to the HR department
Organize, do filling and maintain personnel records
Prepare new personnel files and agreements
Monitor the Company’s Group Medical Scheme
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities
Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations
Forming and maintaining employee records
Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e., employment contracts and recruitment guides
Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date, accurate and complies with legislation
Qualifications:
BS in Human Resources or relevant field
Recent graduates will also be considered for this role
Business fluency in the Greek and English language
Previous experience working with HR software platforms will be considered a plus
Computer literacy (MS Office applications, in particular)
Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
Great attention to detail
Knowledge of the labour law advantage
Strong phone, email and in-person communication skills
