Advance Career on behalf of our client a holdings group within Forex/Investments seeks to recruit a Head of Product and Development:


Provide expertise in software implementation, user support and management
Responsible for planning, implementation and monitoring of own projects
Responsible for maintaining own customers satisfaction and communication (projects deliverables: source code, binaries, documentation, trainings / workshops, deployment, support (if any required))
Responsible for own projects profitability and allocation of team members across own projects
Responsible for own projects KPI objectives
Responsible for setup of project process improvement initiatives on own projects
Risks management – takes appropriate actions to reduce / mitigate / avoid risks
Escalate and track project impediments
Collaborate with internal and outsourced feature teams, developers, designers, BA, QA, DMs
Clearly communicate with external and internal stakeholders
Responsible for employees’ retention within own team
Ensure resource availability and allocation to make proper SOW (Statement of Work)
Report and escalate to head of DMO as needed

Up to 4 years of experience is required
Demonstrated effective project management skills especially planning and directing work efforts, and motivating teammates
Demonstrated success with scheduling and cost processes
Experience with preparing project proposals for web (schedule, manpower)
Experience with qualifying project and user needs, helping users turn their ideas into a backlog items;
Agile mindset, hands-on experience with SCRUM and KANBAN
Experience with SDLC toolset: issue trackers, CI, VCS, etc.
Strong people management skills. Willingness to bring the best in people and retain talents
Demonstrated experience managing successfully forex trading and investment platforms
Demonstrated ability to effectively track, analyze and trend project schedules to ensure successful and timely completion
Experience using Agile, JIRA and other tools to develop and manage project schedules.
Full lifecycle, application development, integration experience
Professional written and spoken English —upper-intermediate, at least.
