Job Description

Advance Career on behalf of our client, a financial services organisation, is seeking to recruit a Head of Finance & Administration;

Responsibilities:
Processing daily transactions in accounting software
Perform bank/customer/supplier reconciliations
Produce and prepare VAT returns
Accounting support services: issuing invoices, arranging for payments, maintaining the petty cash etc
Liaise with external auditors and accountants
Preparing and submitting financial reports as required by the authorities such as Capital Adequacy Report etc.
Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly management reports as required by the Managing Director and the Group CFO
Cash flow preparation
Produce and prepare the Payroll of the staff, Social Insurance, Tax etc
Manage a team of 2 additional Finance Officers

Qualifications:
Have a relevant accounting qualification ACCA/ACA/CAT/LCCI or Bookkeeper with 3 years + experience
Be a responsible person and highly motivated
Fluent in English (written and spoken) with Russian language as an advantage
Have 3+ years of experience working with a CySec Regulated Cyprus Investment or FX company
Knowledge of accounting software ERP Priority would be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of Payroll One software would be considered as an advantage
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
