Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client, a CySEC regulated Forex Company in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Head of Customer Support;

Responsibilities:
Manage, train, motivate and develop Support department employees;
Assist in resolving client’s queries regarding products, services, promotional programs, technical issues and complaints via chat, email, phone, other media and internal system;
Perform induction training for newly hired individuals;
Administer and maintain various Company’s system;
Assess, conduct and assist Compliance department in investigation in the event of client’s complain.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in similar position within financial services;
Excellent knowledge of English;
Excellent spoken and written communication skills;
Ability to work efficiently under pressure;
Ability to lead, train and motivate a team;
Holder of CySEC advanced certification is desirable;
Knowledge of Meta Trader platforms.
