Job Description
Advance Career Ltd, on behalf of our client an established Financial Services provider, seeks to recruit a Funding & Onboarding Technical Product specialist to join the team in Limassol:
Responsibilities:
First point of contact between the organisation and the providers of our eKYC, Payment Providers and CRM
systems.
Managing and assist on onboarding all international payment solutions by working together closely with the
Funding operations team.
Manage the internal backlog of change requests with the back office system provider(s).
Master all the tools the operations team uses and become the internal guru.
Provide training and assist team members in usage of the operational systems.
Work closely together with Payment system Providers and other 3rd party providers related to the CRM system.
Collaborate with all business departments and stakeholders to assure the back office systems are reflecting their
needs.
Any other duties reasonably required for the role
Qualifications:
University Degree in Business Administration/IT/Computer Science or relevant
Experience in Jira/Confluence is considered a big plus
Received experience working in a Funding and Onboarding environment.
Having experience in an FX/CFD brokerage or other types of Financial Services is a considered a plus.
Good level of understanding digital payment methods.
Able to understand technical needs and capable of communicating with technology teams.
Have hands-on experience with managing integrations: API, Webhooks, Callbacks, SDK, UAT to Live roll-outs
