Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Accounting firm located in Larnaca, is looking to recruit a Front Office Administrator; 

Responsibilities:
Direct assistance to the Director and professional staff of the office
Answering incoming calls, forwarding calls and taking messages
Handling office tasks such as filing, receiving / sending parcels and letters, arrangement and execution of orders of office needs
Welcoming and assisting visitors / clients
Ensure the smooth running of the reception area
Other ad-hoc tasks

Qualifications:
Diploma in secretarial studies / office administration will be considered as an advantage
Previous experience in similar position
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Fluency in Greek and English
Attention to detail and willingness to work
