Job Description

Advance Career on behalf of our client a leading corporate services organization is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Administrator to be based in their Larnaca Office;

Responsibilities:
Drafting/reviewing loan agreements;
Drafting/reviewing of Memorandum and Articles of Association;
Drafting/reviewing shareholders agreements;
Drafting/reviewing pledge agreements;
Drafting/reviewing security documents as debentures and other charges;
Drafting/reviewing agreements for sale/purchase of shares;
Drafting/reviewing resolutions, powers of attorney and other company documents;
Consult with the accounting/audit departments;
Liaising with government authorities;

Qualifications:
Degree Business Administration or relevant
1 – 2 years experience within trust, corporate service environment
Fluency in English & Greek (Verbal & Written)
Computer literate
Very good knowledge of Cyprus Company Law and good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures followed for their submission (registration of Company, change of directors, change of shareholders, registration of pledge etc);
Candidate must have relevant exposure with International clients;
Excellent organisational & communication skills
