Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Corporate Services Provider based in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Corporate Administrator;
Responsibilities:
Registration of companies in Cyprus and other jurisdictions
Working with Registrars, in Cyprus and abroad
To be able to draft letters and internal documents, which should be sent to the local Authorities
Liaising with local and foreign banks for opening, operating and closing of bank accounts
Qualifications:
3-4 years of experience in Corporate department
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek & English
Good knowledge of Cyprus Registrar of Companies forms and procedures
Knowledge of opening bank accounts
Computer literate
Able to work in a team environment and be able to build strong relationships with colleagues
Good organizational and time management skills
Strictly professional and hard working
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 9.00am – 18.00pm and Friday 9.00am – 15.00pm
