Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a Forex organization in Limassol, is seeking to recruit a Client Relations Manager;

Responsibilities:
Reach out to customer leads through calls
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments
Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
Continuously improve through feedback
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Understanding and promoting company programs
Maintaining client records
Answering client questions about credit terms, products, prices, and availability

Qualifications:
At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Customer Support or relevant role
Experience in the Forex industry will be considered as an advantage
Knowledge of Financial markets will be considered as an advantage
Excellent command of the English language both verbal and written (additional languages a plus)
Strong client relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Excellent ability to multitask
