Job Description
Advance Career, on behalf of our client, a leading health and wellness group with an integrated import and distribution center, we are seeking to recruit a Brand Manager. The company is known for its diverse portfolio of high-quality health, beauty, and nutritional products, strong retail presence, and partnerships with international brands.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement brand strategies and marketing plans in line with company objectives.
Research and Development of product lines/Markets
Manage the product lifecycle: from positioning and pricing to promotional planning and execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform decision-making.
Coordinate with suppliers and brand principals to ensure alignment and maximize market potential.
Oversee marketing campaigns, both digital and traditional, including content development and media planning.
Collaborate with sales, retail, and e-commerce teams to support commercial goals and ensure consistency.
Conduct regular analysis of product performance and return on investment (ROI).
Lead new product launches and support existing product portfolio management.
Organize and represent the brand at trade shows, events, and professional conferences.
Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree with Business Management or Marketing focus; or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of relevant experience in brand marketing.
Sales experience in the FMCG /Pharmaceutical/HealthCare.
Fluency in Greek and English
