Advance Career on behalf of our client a Financial Technology solutions provider is seeking to recruit an experienced and resourceful B2B Sales Account Manager;

Responsibilities:
Identify potential new clients / build target list of clients
Contact potential clients to present Company’s services and products and respond to all relevant issues and requests in a professional manner
Maintain communication with clients/potential clients on a daily basis
Manage Business to Business (B2B) relationships and liaise with clients
Provide exceptional customer service experience to Clients with the effective usage of Company products and services
Analyze clients’ performance and report on this.
Monitor the delivery of services purchased by the customer, coordinate execution and provide excellent post sale support
Monitor and report on market and competitor activities, provide relevant information, ideas or feedback

Qualifications :
University or College degree in finance or equivalent
Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position
Experience in B2B Sales is a must
Experience in FX/finance industry
Fluency in English; additional languages will be considered an advantage
Able to work within a team; excellent interpersonal skills
To-do attitude, optimistic and target-oriented
