Advance Career on behalf of our client, a Financial Services organization, is seeking to recruit an Arabic Speaking Client Experience Specialist;
Provide front-line support for all client interactions covering telephone, e-mail and online media
Identify, escalate and manage potential risk.
Perform, deliver and contribute to a variety of on boarding procedures as and when required, through guidance of management and compliance
Perform ongoing monitoring to meet regulatory guidelines and standards
Perform “layer 1” trade investigation / validation / affirmation for MT4.
Undertake key functions on MT4 to meet the organisation’s segregation of duties principles – e.g. filter & process client withdrawal requests.
Contribute to the definition & implementation of a framework to derive maximum value for the Business
Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement in the team and be proactive in proposing ongoing refinements to achieve results in line with strategy.
Receiving constant feedback from clients and identifying new opportunities
Report on relevant trends & insights as they relate to client queries, complaints and potential opportunities to internal stakeholders.
Adhere to established policies, guidelines, procedures and training plans
Report to the Manager of UK & Europe Client Experience
Shift work on rotation: (14:00-10:00; 15:00-11:00; 16:00-24:00; 17:00-1:00am)
Minimum 2 years proven experience working in Customer Service
Proficiency in Arabic and English
Experience within the Forex Industry
Awareness of Operational Risk & Compliance landscape will be considered as an advantage
Proven experience with basic desk-top applications
Knowledge of MT4 platform
Digital, data & analytics experience
Excellent organisational & time management skills
Presentation and analytical skills
