Job Description

Advance Career, on behalf of our client, an Online Marketing Group of Companies in Paphos, is seeking to recruit an Affiliate Manager;

Responsibilities:
Develop affiliate contact management strategy and recruit new affiliates through research, referrals and other avenues
Establish, develop and maintain strong relationships with current and new affiliates/partners
Daily management of the affiliates, including in depth data analysis and optimization
Analysing affiliate results in order to identify possible fraud
Manage partner needs including deal negotiations, reporting, tracking, offer setup and general client support
Conduct and report on market research and competition analysis
Keep up on industry trends and opportunities to help expand client programs and introduce new affiliate opportunities
Provide a continual flow of feedback in an effort to optimize the company’s hosted offer landing pages and creative materials
Measure and report on performance against set goals
Represent the company occasionally at International Conferences

Qualifications:
Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing, HR, Customer Support background or experience in any other relevant field
Any work experience in Online Affiliate Marketing will be considered as an advantage
Understanding the concept of A/B testing in order to review and optimise results
Numeric Analysis – Able to drive insights through statistical analysis
Time management and prioritisation skills – meet deadlines 100%
Strong organizational, negotiation and problem solving skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
Excellent knowledge of the English language (both verbal & in writing) – any other language will be considered as an advantage
Experience with Excel functions & MS Office
